I get asked some of the same questions over and over again. So thought this Q and A might help. Always feel free to call me directly if you have any specific question that I've not covered below.

Q & A

Q. Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

A. Yes, I will adjust dishes accordingly, or completely swap out a dish if necessary.

Q. How long does it take?

A. I generally allow approx 40mins per course. It just depends how slow/fast guests eat.

Q. Do you provide theming/decoration?

A. No, I leave the table them/decoration up to you. I provide the plates, cutlery, 'Linen look' disposable napkins. However I do have a list of recommended suppliers who can provide this service.

Q. Do you provide the glassware?

A. No, I leave the glassware/drinks up to my guests. I look after the food. However, I do have a list of recommend suppliers who can provide this service.

Q. Can I swap out the dessert as we already have a cake organised?

A. Yes, you may swap the dessert for another entrée. If it's a veg entrée there is no extra charge. If you would like to swap the dessert for a protein entrée then it's $10pp extra.

Q. Can I add an extra course?

A. Yes, of course just speak with me to customise your menu.

Q. Can I add something extra from the premium menu?

A. Yes, just speak with me directly and I can price it up and confirm availability.

Q. Do I have to have the bread as the first course?

A. No, although it is delicious! You may swap out the bread for a veg entrée for no extra charge. Or for $10pp extra swap for a protein entrée.
